COVID-19 / Supply Chain Update
YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MINOR REPAIRS
We are still able to perform most minor repairs on-the-spot. We do strongly recommend calling or texting us to book appointments for tune-ups, overhauls and labor intensive work though. We are currently booked 20-30 days out for all labor intensive (1hr+ of Labor) services.
STOCK AVAILIBILITY & SUPPLY-CHAIN DELAYS:
Our industry is still experiencing VERY long delays and lead-times (over 300+ days for some items) for all bikes and most parts & accessories. We are taking pre-orders for all bikes we currently have on back-order (please see our current & future available stock here). Unfortunately nearly all models of bikes from our brands are currently over-sold for 2021, while there is a small chance of stock getting freed-up in the coming months, we have been given no guarantees from our brands. We understand this is frustrating to our customers, and rest-assured it is frustrating for us as well. If we could snap our fingers and magically order more inventory, we would.
.PHONE-CALLS & TEXTS TO OUR SHOP:
WE ARE NOT AVOIDING YOUR CALLS! Our phones have been ringing non-stop and we frequently are experiencing 2-3 incoming calls while on the phone with other customers. PLEASE, just leave a voicemail or text message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are a small shop and do not have a corporate phone system to keep folks on hold.
We are open Wed-Fri 10-7, Sat 10-6 and Sun 12-4 (as listed in our site's header, and on our Google, Bing and Facebook listings). We are not able to answer your calls when we are closed, and do our best to respond to texts when we are not open. In addition, it has come to our attention that our move to utilizing our current 203 area-code Google Voice number has been confusing and upsetting to our customers. We made this change to facilitate our ability to communicate with our customers when the pandemic began. Please rest assured that we are still in business, have not moved, and will continue to serve our local Pleasantville, NY community for many years to come.
Items with their availability listed as "In Warehouse" are in stock and available to special order from our suppliers. These items are not in our current physical in-store inventory. Please anticipate a 7-10 day delay before such items are ready for in-store pickup or shipping.
